For its first step in Montrouge, the JCE Biennial has a guest of honour: the Netherlands with the city of Heerlen. This invitation prepares Heerlen to enter in the JCE’s network of partners’ cities for 2013.
The Dutch selection has been chosen by Stijn Huijts, the curator and director of SCHUNCK. He selected the 8 Dutch artists with art critics.
